Participant member hereby releases the driver referral service from all claims arising from voluntary participation membership of referrals of local entertainers in need of transportation services. The participating member holds the referral service agency, their agents and employees harmless for any and all claims resulting in the execution or performance of the driver referral service. The participating member accepts sole responsibility for his or her action while performing duties and the referral service is for membership promotional purposes only and is not a guarantee of employment after purchasing the driver referral membership. Participating member confirms and represents that he or she is 18 years of age or older (and is not considered to be a minor in participant members state of residence). The driver training package which consists of two book manuals and two audio training cd’s is for educational purposes only and is not to be construed as legal advice.
